Process is very simplified and perfectly made. You have to be there at least 45 minute before your schedule time. They will ask you to stand other side of the road from consulate. They they will announce time slot to be Que outside consulate. Then slowly you will proceed for security check. Except your file and papers, nothing is allowed inside. Once Security check is done, you will be allotted a sitting outside interview venue. This area isopen and well covered for your comfort. You have rest room available here. Then you will go inside the interview room and then wait for your turn, which could any window among almost 30. Please be cure that bio-metric is not done here. Moist of people arrive here and then they have to go to other building ( 2 Km Away) for Bio-metric process.

The only reason we stayed here is because it was close to the bus stop at soon circle. Rooms were very small, no ventilation and smelled bad. The decorative pillows on the bed smelled like they hadn’t been washed in years. The bed was reasonable comfortable. Bathrooms were very dirty and rusty and there was no warm water. Front desk staff were very nice but the bell boys try to take your bags to your room and if you refuse they will show you to your room and ask for a tip for doing absolutely nothing. They want to help you with everything and want a tip. Please let guests do things for themselves. It seemed like every single person that worked here wanted a tip for even helping you hail a cab. No one really wanted to help you without money. Like maybe do something because your nice and not demand a tip. Also, being from Canada, the bell boys stared at me constantly. It was not polite and I felt very uncomfortable.

The hotel located in transport area not appealing at all. The is no any mobile network coverage in this hotel, if you want to call you have to come out to the road. WiFi facility is available but no use not working Small room size. Fully suffocating hotel. No windows in any room. No restaurant is in hotel.

Stayed here for few hours. Rooms are very small and dirty. Washroom is pathetic. The owner over charged me. Do not visit this place! Service is very poor and there was no water in the washroom. No lift as well!

Booked this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we realized that the rooms are unfit for staying (broken doors, dirty, mosquitoes, etc.) and decided to move out within an hour. We were told by the hotel staff that the money would be refunded for two nights and later hotels.com (booked it via them) informed that they agreed to refund only for a night. Oyo and hotels.com were unhelpful.
