Lovely place, best location, parking space is available, food is very nice, Buffet breakfast is just perfect, love the place, if need a view than go for thier premium rooms, base rooms don't have any view, overall great experience

Rooms were clean but not very spacious. Room service was OK. stayed there for 1 night only but the rain asked to stay there for 1 more day. view was great as we stayed at A series rooms. Food was very tasty and huge in terms of quantity. Property is very near to cable car. Enjoyed the stay.Will consider next time as well

Stayed in their Non-View rooms, Conditions of the room were worst, no ventilation in the room, not even a Exhaust Fan, as it was non view room the lighting should be proper, after switching on there 10 yellow bulbs still room felt dark, room had a dewy feel, bedding was dewy as well smelling bad.
no cleanliness, no hospitality.

worst hotel. dirty rooms and bathrooms. hospitality is zero. worst stay ever in my life. only location is good except all worst experience. too bad. the hotel ruined our trip. Please don't stay there ever.. Even Dharamshalas are better than this hotel in cleanliness.
