We did not stay at this lodge but dropped by unexpectedly to ask if they could mind our bags while we explored the city waiting for our evening train. The staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to leave all our gear free of charge. I don't know what the rooms are like but MTR service and approachability gets 5x stars!

Rooms were given on 24hrs booking. Walking distance from the bus stand. Only rooms, no restaurant available. A small restaurant available below the lodge for snacks and breakfast. The rooms are clean and big enough. Linen was clean. The windows were dirty and filthy, dare even touch the curtains or windows. Washrooms were clean. Fresh and clean towels were provided. Soap and shampoo was supplied in the room. Staff was polite. Has many restaurants at walkable distance. Located Close to mysore palace.

Spent 3 days in this lodge, the room was big enough and clean. Took an AC Room which had all basic amenities. Water supply was regular, linen was clean. The staff was very caring and entertained all the requests. WiFi was available at the reception area. Although it is behind the Bus Stand, the room does not feel so noisy and is fairly calm and peaceful.

The staff is rude and not cooperative. The rooms are good but the room service is very poor. Hot water supply is not sure daily. Even for drinking water, you have to wait for half an hour. Room cleaning is not done properly and regularly. After asking for frequently, you will get a soap, shampoo and towel. I did not get hot water to bathe.

Last week tried to book a room in this hotel and every time we call them they're keep on telling us to call back after some time..continuously 3 days they made us to wait even though the rooms were available...Completely business minded and they will look for the season/demand so that they can simple rise the prices as much as they wanted...They assured a room for the day and when we went there & called them to confirm, they changed their mind and didn't give the room...we'd searched for other lodges for more than 3 hours...try this hotel if you want to experience the worst....
