Dynasty Resort, Nainital

On arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Mr Mohan Pandey front desk. As it was our special day e expected upgrade which was provided by Mr Shahid GM of hotel. He is a very hardworking individual . He is present everywhere from greeting guests, to proper serving of daily buffets & also interacting with guests during live performance in evening . Dynasty resort is lucky to have such a visionary leader. Resort is beautifully located in front of Lake khurpatal & surrounded by mountains. It has ample parking, robust staff.Food served is delicious.Rooms are well maintained, modern n spacious. There a point in nainital lovers point admiring beauty of resort from where one can have asthetic view of resort with khurpatal.So I left hotel spell bound with beauty of resort & warmth of staff

Awesome view from rooms. Clean and quiet, Hotel food from its' restaurant makes for an excellent stay. we stayed for 2 nights there in new year time and they arranged new year progrm . Ms Khushbu is very helpful with the bookings and details . Overall good experience .

We visited this place in early April. the location is the only positive here. The building needs a total renovation and a thorough cleaning. The food is served on a buffet and is totally lacking in taste or presentation. The service is equally bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hotel. Online they show something and in real it is very different. Bad staff, non cooperation max, no heaters, shady rooms, old door & window locks, was there on 31st Dec 2021 spoiled the new years.

Me, my wife and my friend, his wife.... We 4 went for vacation to nainital and booked dynasty resort, kaladungi, nainital. thinking we would enjoy our vacation. We booked two separate rooms but When we reached the resort they provided us two couples one room with 2 seprate beds....... I don't understand what they were trying to do. When we objected, Miss KHUSHBU (some dynasty resort employee, sits in delhi) talked with us on phone and said NHI RHNA TO MAT RHO, SAMAN RESORT SE BAHR NIKALO ABHI REFUND KRATI HOON...... If i was not with my wife then i would have shown you miss khushbu, what i would have done...... Worst resort with worst policy, stinking rooms and food was so terrible i can't tell you..... Shameful.
