Really Great location, pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this hotel such a good place to stay are the staff and customer service.
All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
We travelled as group of friends . As a women traveller i found this hotel is having great ambience and spacious rooms.
Will travel again to visit this place .

Excellent hotel.. service was very good.. rooms were very good, neat and clean… had proper covid Norms in place .. was really happy to see each and every member of the hotel strictly adhering to the covid policies… appreciate the hospitality of Mr Pavan Wagh.. he personally took care of all guests .. definitely recommend to all who visit Nasik.

Being a Nashikite I never got a chance to stay in a hotel in Nashik. As my own house was under maintenance this was my first experience of staying in a hotel in Nashik. TATA group name itself is enough and you will not be disappointed for sure.
Only negative side I found that they charged me 3762 INR (brkfst NOT included) for one night stay where the same room was available on makemytrip for 2100 INR. I was told that today being Sunday (13th March'22) is a busy day and only 2 rooms are available. So basically, undue advantage was taken of my urgent need as I reached there around 9pm. Why TATA why? We trust the name and we believe that TATA group is the last org which would rob a common man.
Positive side of this hotel, we came across Mr. Pavan Wagh who is the restaurant manager, very polite and helpful person. My parents are senior citizens and he paid personal attention to our food related requests which made our stay special and homely. So somewhere the above mentioned bitter experience was kid of neutralized and while leaving the hotel we were happy :) Thanks to Pavan and his team. Good food can change your mood !!
Poor excuse for a branded hotel

Staff service is slow and poor. Major upgrades needed in rooms. Would prefer IBIS which is 1 min away over this hotel any day of the week. For a hotel under Tata brand name this is very poor. Booked hotel just not brand reputation but will never book a Ginger hotel ever in my life
Hi, Team of Ginger Hotel,
This is with reference to the booking no. 0005421646 dt. 10th March, 2022 availed at GINGER NASHIK for one night stay(Invoice attached for reference). Following are the difficulties faced during this stay:-
1. The Reception has stated that all the payments should be made prior to check in. The amount of 3694/- was made as per hotel policy. But amazed to see that the same room was available at rate of 1800/- (surprisingly at half rate through Makemytrip or GoIbibo, even direct booking are cheaper than that what was charged to me 3694/-)
2. The room no. 114 was very un-hygenic(Lot of Hairs and floor was not clean), Almirah was broken and fungus and other things are there in almirah- so suitable to place cloths. (Photos attached for reference)
3. Fan was making bad noise and no option to operate it on low speed. only one high speed option was there.
4. In Room service if availed, there is condition that all payment need to be done by guest immediately. NO option for clearing all due at the time of check out. HOW INCONFIDENT the hotel management is?
5. Toiletries were not provided.
Reception was contacted to connect to the Manager but unfortunate, he left hotel stating the reason of Duty Shift. One junior Assistant Manager visited he managed to get shifting to Room no. 130.
Also he assured that Hotel Manager will join duty at 10AM, so only at that time he can be contacted.
Unfortunately, Mr. Dattatraya Auti was not approachable even upto 11AM. How irresponsible the team is??
even after there is no courtesy call for inconvenience caused from the Management for this particular stay, as mobile no. given to Reception at the time of check-in as well as at the time of check out.
This need to be look into matter for resolution. The Hotel is badly managed and there is no value for guest time or his comfort. Horrible stay in a nutshell.
Action taken report for this matter please be provided to undersigned without further delay.
