This place was a nightmare to get to. We were unsure of exactly what the problem was, but given the address provided on correspondence from the hotel our driver really struggled to find the hotel down the side street it was in. Staff were “ok” but it was far from the best accomodation in this price bracket that we experienced during our time in India.

Devo in primo luogo rilevare come evidentemente esistono più Smart Palace, nella stessa zona di Mahipalpur. Questo che recensisco porta come indirizzo A-132, RD number 5, Block RZ Mahipalpur, Village Mahipalpur. Precisazioni necessarie, per evitare di dare un giudizio all' hotel sbagliato. Questo è stato prenotato sulla base del nome, per un periodo di mezza giornata di riposo, tra un aereo e l'altro. Scelto perché vicino all' aeroporto. Si entra salendo qualche scalino dalla strada; la portineria potrebbe anche essere quella di un magazzino, ma questo non è un problema. Le camere sono a prima vista decenti, ma, messo a fuoco il letto, si scoprono macchie sospette, su cuscini e lenzuola. Il bagno è anche peggio: un lavandino minuscolo, ed un servizio il cui idroscopino mostra incrostazioni inquietanti. La sala da pranzo non è prevista; a richesta, l' indicazione di quella che dovrebbe essere del personale, nel seminterrato, oltre il garage; non è male; il cibo viene da fuori, ed è decente. Il personale è servizievole, ed i prezzi sono molto bassi. Ma ciò non basta a compensare i difetti segnalati. Decisamente da sconsigliare.

The hotel was clean and the room was fine, but that doesnt matter if you cannot sleep! They were so loud, banging and loud conversation all night. Went downstairs and there must have been 20 "bros" all hanging out. They seemed to not care that they were being loud. Dont come here!

Arrived here at 11pm and they told me that they had no rooms even though they acknowledged that I had a booking and I had emailed and confirmed my arrival time. They were unhelpful. There are so many other places to stay near the airport

Caution: This hotel is bogus. It accepts booking online for example via OYO (OYO 9146 Hotel Smart Palace) and others, however, you will be asked to check-in into the neighboring 2-star hotel which is of poor quality. Moreover, you will be surprised to receive a message from HOTEL SMART PALACE that you have already checked-in. The handling staffs at HOTEL SMART PALACE and its neighboring hotel look and talk suspiciously. BTW, the neighboring hotel will not give you the receipt. Even, it will ask you extra for GST etc. The surrounding of the hotels seems to be unsafe at least when you are checking-in late at night. When you search HOTEL SMART PALACE, multiple options are shown and I believe all of them are the same.
