    The best part was connectivity and personal touch of the staff. The may not be the biggest name in Delhi but their hospitality is lion hearted. There may be minor issues like disruption in hot water circulation or TV not working but the moment it is reported, they are at it within less than a minute and they resolve ur issue in no time. Overall, a nice experience for me.

    Not happy with the billing process, without reviewing all details extra amount charged. I have informed even though to house keeping staff but still amount charged by billing manager. It is not the matter of how much amount charged, the significant fact is that without proper verification amount charged in my food bill. ☹

    i had already ask for early check in == not provided by hotel , i am ready to pay but not provided , need to check in other hotel , after 2 pm allotted me in hotel. also ask for taxi car - not provided .food also not good , test wise .phones also not work housekeeping & room services. Rooms are clean and good , bathroom too small.
