Excellent is the only way I can describe my stay at this place. The room amenities are basic and not new and on first look you would have a thought on your decision to stay in this place, but the air-conditioning is very good. The best part of the stay is excellent and prompt service. All food were freshly prepared and at a very short notice. Location wise very near to the malls/Max hospital and bang opposite to J Block Market, Saket.

Stayed in the hotel for a few days with 10 family members. Absolutely amazing service from all staff members. Always willing to help. The housekeeping and hospitality staff especially. Food - breakfast was the best part. The tastiest meals we had. Cleanliness - very clean. Daily housekeeping service. Very comfortable. Nothing was ever too difficult!! Can not fault it.

very well secured place for families to stay for a long time... we stayed for a month for job purpose...initially sorting out for best hotel in this great capital of india and found very difficult in choosing as we are looking in mid range....luckily and randomly went to hotel palm greens and impressed by the warm welcoming of front office manager and receptionist.....one month journey of ours in this home like hotel is really very comfortable and food quality is really good and tastes homely....special mention to cook MR. HRUDHAY AND MR RAJESH who serves breakfast and all other food items with warm greetings and care .....overall this can be best option to stay and explore DElhi as this very near point to all means of transport . near by metro station connects us to delhi and near by dlf mall citywalk helps to explore new things.....

Stayed in hotel for one night. Got the better services like clean rooms, large hygienic bathrooms and nice service of staff. Stayed in room in backside not much good view from window but Its worthy to stay. Delicious breakfast specially masala omelette and puri bhaji were amazing.

We chose this hotel based on prior reviews and because we wanted proximity to use the metro. We stayed here just for one night although it appears this place is good for long duration stays. It is a small hotel located at Saket, and most of the surrounding area is very residential. The metro is about a 15-20 min walk through different blocks of Saket. And, the DLF mall is also a 15-20 min walk in another direction opening up shopping and eating options.(Their foodcourt has Haldirams, Subway, Dominos, Sagar Ratna, etc) Our check-in was smooth, and they were very helpful in allowing us to switch rooms (since we were a couple with a child, preferred a King-size single bed while the first room had two double beds). The furniture and fittings appear slightly dated although they were largely functional. Room had an electric kettle that allowed us to heat up water. Housekeeping provided us RO water - did see a mineral water dispenser on the floor though the water bottle was missing (maybe just that day!!). The AC functioned fine. The bathroom was not very large but the shower curtain helped to keep water only in the shower area. Basic toiletries and towels were provided - we got additional supplies on request. The toilet as well as the shower worked fine, including the water temperature. (Although the handshower attached to the toilet was on the wrong side, but we managed since it was just a one day stay) We didnt dine at the hotel but opted to go out to the mall nearby, where options are aplenty (albeit a tad expensive). Breakfast was complimentary and while there appeared to be a buffet area, we were offered specific items (possibly because the hotel did not have enough occupancy to justify a buffet). The aloo parathas and Puri bhaaji were well made. While they were unable to accommodate a late check out, they did keep our luggage safe so we could go around town and come back to collect the same and leave to the airport. We saw autos around the area, but we stuck to Uber/Ola which also came by quickly. If it fits your purpose, this would be a good choice of a hotel (particularly if proximity to metro is useful).
