    Budget hotel where things like food , AC , staff all are good . Rooms are spacious The p[lace is easy to reach and staff & management is cooperative .Love to be there again for business travel as well friends .

    Good Budget hotel with some great and delicious breakfast. It is also located very well. All the basic amenities can be found nearby. I visited Delhi to attend a seminar hence needed a hotel which was convenient.

    Bad smailed room, durty floor, old pillow like a stone, used bedsheet, not working ac, room condition like a closed footpath. They are rude,loud & arrogant-they have 4 similar hotels in the same area.

    I saw this hotel and booked it online. The pictures are deceptive. This place is shabby, unorganized and has linen stocked in the corridor. The rooms are old and dirty. The commode was unclean. I checked out within an hour and went to another hotel

    Absolutely pathetic starting from unprofessional behaviour of front desk to room service. Five people have remained me that the breakfast which I am having will be charged Rs 300 . Manager was ready with the bill and was waiting for me once I finish it he will collect it immediately . Took five hours and multiple requests to get the extra bed and finally it ended up with a dirty mattress on the floor. We have plenty of transit hotels in Mahipalpur, don’t even think of staying in this hotel. Would request OYO to remove this hotel from their list. ultimately it’s effecting your brand image also . It was an horrible experience.
