We stayed here as couples we saw on again one of the best booking site for couples brevistay, We stayed for a night only at cost of 999 which wasn't so bad deal I must say wonderful deal where all the hotels nearby only for money and kept their prices high almost double of this hotel I stayed many times in this area all are the same difference is cost only..for us cost effectiveness was priority because we know when inside all are the same but here at least we called up on reception they were ready all the time to help us like changing bed sheet they gave us two times hk service on a single call at number 9 for reception. We recommend this hotel to our friends as well.

This is out of the world staff behavior, super cleaned room, totally amazing, it sound I am taking about 5 star hotel, but it's true that they are welcoming and helpful, reception staff and concierge the same, they are well trained ask anything they have solutions for everything, reception area and common areas are elegantly designed, bedrooms are super bright, I stayed in room 210 direct sunlight to my bed every morning that's is my favorite room now. Spacious, super comfortable bed, huge TV, wi fi, cost just less than 1500 Indian rupee, restaurant is not yet opened they have alternate solution and served us in room and justify the reason behind that due to covid 19 situation they didn't allow to occupy restaurant at full occupancy, I have hotel background in the US I stayed here for almost six months in interval. Must try. Must try. Must try

Housekeeping staff was very courteous, polite and helpful, especially amit ,pintu.They were very good and helpful.The staff was prompt and efficient. It was nice to have smiling and helpful people around.Very nice and safe stay

Please stay away from this hotel. There are two hotels viva palace and vertu right beside each other. Both are managed by the same owner. Room is absolutely worst. Used soaps left in bathroom. Smoking smell everywhere. We arrived at 2 am and thus couldn’t get another hotel as we’re anyway going to leave at 8 am next day for visa appointment. If you’re arriving in Delhi for visa appointments, please pay the premium to get a better hotel. A 3000 rupees hotel is better than sleeping on a bed with hair, electric outlets that are literally broken, bathroom that you can’t use. I’m cross posting this review in Vertu hotel as well as we saw similar rooms in Vertu as well.
