Hotel Florence

Hotel Florence was clean and comfortable. I stayed on three non-consecutive nights over two weeks while on a tour of northern India. All three nights, in the midst of a rising wave of Omicron and looming lockdowns, were passed comfortably in three different rooms. The showers have hot water and a decent water pressure. Toiletries were provided, and I had food from the kitchen each evening for dinner, which was brought to my room hot and delicious. Safety protocols were followed each time I visited, with masks on each employee and hand sanitizer in the lobby. The location of the hotel is in the bustling Karol Bagh neighborhood, one block's jaunt from a pedestrian street lined with food stands and boutique shops. It's also a quick CNG ride away from the Metro station. I felt safe in this neighborhood and the hotel was a great place to rest my head after a day of traveling or exploring. The proprietor spoke perfect English, and even woke up early for my 3am checkout to head to the airport on my last day.

The building is older and not totally modernised, but the room we had was nice, very clean and had a very comfortable bed with a good mattress and pillows. Answers from reception were immediate and friendly Mr.Nitin sharma I has happy with my stayed at the Hotel Florence It is very close to railway station (about a fifteen minute) clean, with friendly staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Really, no complaints - I would stay there again and recommend it to others."

Everything was excellent except u guys not allowing smoking... Staff was very cooperative.. Service was fast.. Rooms were neat n clean.. So overall this was amazing.. N plz don't charge for parking too.. Thnx

During the second visit my tours operator made me say stay at this hotel lovely hotel with quite friendly staff. They don’t mind going out of the way to assist you and your family. It’s nice to tip the staff during the checkout.

We arrived in New Delhi after an overnight flight from Europe and our Driver and Tour Manager picked us up at the Airport to take us to the hotel. First impressions were good as our room was available early morning and we were able to get some decent sleep. Good double room and en-suite bathroom. Tea making facilities in the room. We had one dinner there which was fine and breakfasts consisted of tea/coffee, juice omelettes toast as well as a couple of buffet dishes. We enjoyed the rooftop bar for dinner and breakfast and service was good. One small point is that during the night if guests arrived or left their doors would bang which could be heard down the corridor and in our room at the end but overall a pleasant stay
