    The stay was very pleasant. Checking was fast. Even room were clean. But shower area was in a bath tub. This is a minus. Even breakfast had a tasty and good spread. The staff were professional. The lobby too was good. The room charges are economical but the same is compensated by breakfast charge of Rs1000 per person

    Amazing and iconic hotel .Have been visiting the hotel form last 4 years. Special Kudos to Ayush Duty Manager who is always there to welcome with a smile which can be seen behind the masks. Thank you Hyatt for the warmth. Everytime i visit really enjoy speaking with him specially about football.

    Excellent hotel.Services rendered by entire team was exceptional but would like to specially mention front office people assisting us during our stay time . Our take away order was also handled very nicely by the team . Thank you.

    First time in Jaypee and a comfortable stay. Great experience from booking to checkin and stay so far. Rooms are good but could be modernized. The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of variety from Indian favourites to continental to freshly made waffles, my favourite. Service by the breakfast team is second to none. The best! Thank you, have a few more nights to go.

    Property is tired and old and this reflects in the standard of the rooms. The ac also wasn’t functioning for two days and as a result of the complaint the Manager offered me a 20% discount in their restaurant which i of course didn’t bother with. The spa facilities are also a bit dated as it the swimming pool area..
