a good budget hotel staff is capable and professional definitely will stay again at this place neatly maintained and clean rooms however a board inside the room states that outside food is not permitted though i did eat packed food from my friends place in myroom. in this day with all the conveniences available it would be wrong to not order food online to your rooms.i am assuming the guests do not look after the rooms ,perhaps thats why the board again the oyo board was missing outside but was accessible easily on ola/uber app so easy to locate lots of eateries around the hotel metro station stone throw

Spent over a week here recently while attending a seminar. Fairly large comfortable rooms. Since the restaurant is being renovated, complimentary breakfast is provided in the room. The General Manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and hospitable.

Hotel South View is perfect in terms of hospitality, quality of service and professionalism. Evening manager is very very polite and helpful. He will definitely help you out with everything you will need. Location of the hotel is around 1 kms from Nehru Place metro station and very nearby Eros hotel. Coming to rooms, they are big. Bed is soft and of nice quality, bedsheets were clean. Washroom is big and clean. Hotel staff is warm enough for a good stay. Its better than a lot of hotels in city but not perfect. Scores 95 out of 100 which is very very good.

Some people are not fussy about staying in dirty, rundown hotels if the price is right. The problem with the Fab South View is that fake online customer reviews falsely claim it is a 4-star hotel, when in fact it is an extremely dirty 1-star hotel at best. We booked this hotel based on extremely misleading reviews and photos, which were clearly fake, as the hotel did not resemble the photos and customer accounts. Our room was VERY dirty, particularly the bathroom, which was utterly disgusting - filth-encrusted and falling apart. When we spoke to the manager about this, he seemed to already know our complaint, and acted like this was normal. The sheets had many holes, the walls were stained and the floor was rotten from water damage. The hotel corridors were full of overflowing trash buckets and debris. We have never stayed in a hotel so dirty, even for way lower prices. It was late when we checked in, and we only stayed one night, otherwise we would have fled immediately. DO NOT stay here!
