    Closer to the international airport is add on as well as the services they provide is very professional from the reception to restaurant as well as the room service and security guards. All seems to be flawless and they really know what they are doing.

    We stayed at classic diplomat because of its proximity to the delhi airport. We were pleasantly surprised. We took the family suite which had two double beds as there were 4 of us. Very clean room added advantage this suite has two bathrooms which is very helpful.. hotel has a restaurant and bar too.. the quality and taste of food is good but the prices are exorbitant..

    nice people to help, very cozy rooms, very close to airport, room is very clean, reception area is small, bit good,and people have good knopwledge of area around, you have many small joints to eat, easy avialbility of cabs, auto etc

    Hotel was clean and decent sized room. Reception staff didn’t seem that welcoming but dealt with every need, room was cold but they immediately provided a heater. Room service was fast and the food was good enough, not bad prices considering. The downside was that the room didn’t have window, it was just a brick wall, and there was only lukewarm water, not hot both in evening and morning. The airport shuttle wasn’t free and was 4x the price of a Uber so I didn’t take it up.

    Traffic congestion is a common scenario in many cities. New Delhi is no exception. As I had a flight, early in the morning, I had instructed my tour agent to book a family room, which is near to airport. Classic Diplomat fitted the bill well. However upon arriving there was a miscommunication between my tour agent and the hotel operator. While sorting out this miscommunication, the hotel operator’s treatment towards me, made me feel unwelcome. I was even contemplating of instructing my tour agent to change hotel. But he said the money was paid. After an hour the miscommunication was sorted out, and I was given the family room.
