FabHotel Transit Delhi Airport

Good location on the main road to Indira Gandhi International airport. Well maintained and great staff. Rooms and corridor are clean and well lit, lift available for movement. Room are good in size and having the required facilities. Well maintained property and value for money. Had breakfast which was good and a large variety available. Recommend to stay. Only issue was the restaurant not on its premises but beside it and route guidance was not very clear as shortcut from room is through corridors.

For transit this hotel is perfect, but this is my third visit in 2 years , they didnt make a restaurant inside the hotel, which is drawback for hotel. Try to book early to have more discount and go for suite room which is the best room in the hotel, about other rooms i cant say anything as i only stayed in suite on all three times.

Good hotel. Near airport with easy stay. Common breakfast for 3-4 hotels together. Staying for a night to catch late night international flight this hotel is good. Staff’s behaviour is not much good, it’s ok.

Rooms are decent enough to spend one night awaiting transfers, that being said some of the rooms do not have a window/ window facing outside so would recomend getting that checked. Even outside facing window rooms have no view as the hotel is located 50mts indise a nallow lane off the main road. Morning breakfast provided in the tariff was average.

Overall experience was horrible. We paid something, with which we could have booked a 3 star easily. Here is the list of things which were lacking. 1. There wasnt any room theater and when asked for one, the staff simply said we dont have room heaters and didn't show any desire to help us when the temp in Delhi was 6 degrees. 2. We booked a room for three, and the extra bed and its linen was stinking and there were visible stains on it. 3. There werent any slipper, hand towel, coffee maker or any other basic necessity. 4. The sanitary spray wasnt working and when you switch on the tap, the shower starts dripping profusely simultaneously. 5. There is no proper restaurant owned by the property and the arrows to the restaurant is a maze more deadly than the hungry games. Well you do not pay INR 4000 per night for this kind of a loot and appaling amenities. 6. The entire property including the lifts, corridors are dampened and super dirty......Well Fab Hotels, if you are not reconsidering this and not arranging a compensation, I will continue to spread this message with extra vigor every ongoing day until I get a resolution.
