One of the best hotel with a good ambience and the great service and customer support is to good. The water flows next to the room it’s amazing and with a diner with open nature it’s really awesome. I would like to tank the entire team

It is a good option for hotel. It is so near the mall road. Rates are also genuine. But it doesnot have lift in it. So its a bit difficult to travel upstairs. Otherwise food is also tasty. Rooms are beautiful and clean.

This hotel has very clean rooms and location is excellent, right at the start of mall road. Food is good, rooms are very very spacious with good maintenance. Surely a recommended one and will visit again.

The hotel is located right at the start of Mall Road in Manali and close to the bus station. The hotel rooms were clean and well maintained, but it is a bit of a bother to carry your luggage up the staircase. The hotel serves only vegetarian food, but has good variety and all the food we tasted was good. The rooms are fairly large and the double room we stayed in was big enough for 3-4 people.

We booked a super deluxe room at Hotel Yak through Make My Trip, the dates are check-in on 25th December and check-out on 26th December. To our amazement, we tried reaching out to the property several times through mails and phone, even sent a text through WhatsApp and it shows that the message was read but the management remains unresponsive. I am a little apprehensive about their service, travelled so many times to so many places we never had such an experience!!
