    The hotel just came to us a reference from a locale Gurgaon resident. We negotiated a good rate & did not mind trying this boutique hotel. Last stay being at Oberois. To our surprise the overall experience was unexpectedly wonderful. Service was great, food was good - we planned a single day but ended up staying an extra day - it was a gr8 stay. I recommend !! Front desk executive - Miss Aanchal is very supportive and handle in a very polite way with everyone. Thanks!!

    We celebrated our daughters birthday at the hotel lawns and also had our guests staying at the hotel. We are very happy to state that our experience of the hotel in every aspect was very good. The staff were very courteous and professional in dealing with a wide variety of requests. They went out of their way to ensure our guests were comfortable and their needs were met. front office staff is very helpul spcly mr abbas he is nice person he is very helpfull.

    Celebrated wedding anniversary with 100+ guests. The preparation was great, the staff was prompt with their services, and the food was great. The decorations and the DJ were good as well, including the audio and video equipment that we used.

    The food and ambience was amazing. The services provided by the staff meets the expectations. A decent place to organise small gatherings. The staff was very kind and humble. One should definitely opt this for conferences as well.

    The property is okayish. But what makes it worst is the service. There is not basic service like hot running water also. One has to request them again and again to switch on the hot water. This was the biggest issue faced. The service was very slow! Food was also quiet bad I must say. They really need to work on their service to the customer. I am a totally unsatisfied Customer and i don't recommend anyone to book it.
