    A good place to stay. Specious rooms. Clean toilet and rooms. rooms with ac. Good dinning space. Food is good also. Nearer to the sector 46 market which have a park in front of it. Banni' square a shopping complex is also near by.

    Overall experience was very goood. All days went like amazing. Service is also good u can discuss Abe anything with the hotel members and ask them if u need anything from outside . I loved staying there.

    For around 2500/night, it was a large sized room with a sitting area and balcony + breakfast in a central area. Well maintained and clean room. Met all my needs. Only downside is absence of a lift. The staff was efficient. The property is located close to multiple market areas and if you have a car, you can park it on the roadside. No frills, but good value for money.
  • This place is not to be called a hotel or something like that. Its worse than a local railway station guest house.

    I would like to bring to your notice that it was a bitter experience availing this facility through Mistay at M2M Residency. It is worse than a local guest house. Uncourteous and misbehaving reception. Dirty poorly lit dingy room, dirty linen, No blanket provided, No hangers to hang clothes. No Parking for vehicle. One broken chair inside the room. No hand wash or soap in wash room. No toilet paper. Complimentary breakfast was denied. Manager said we have already stopped taking booking through Mistay, you can go back.
