Sterling fernhill resort in Ooty is a wonderful property and has many activities for kids and adults. We had a wonderful trekking experience and Mr.Vignesh ensured our safety. He is knowledgeable about the types of birds and plants which enriched the whole experience. Lovely experience!!!

With great difficulty we managed to get our bookings though at the last moment - travelled from April 14-16. This was a get together after almost 3 years and all of us at home were looking forward to a short break. My son had to travel long distance to accompany us as well. Right from the check in at the reception to the check out, I cannot express the pleasing moments we had. This is a super peak season mind you, despite that the whole team at Fern Hill were on their toes to service us guests well. I could barely see them taking a break, in the three hour period - breakfast to diner. At times, feel we as guest should also demonstrate patience. My special thanks to the team in the dining room. I must make special mention about the manager -Mr Sumesh, who kept his ears and his doors open to guests and patiently hearing them out. A tip to all, he is a great guy to hang around with and he shares splendid experience of his past. Thank you team at Fern Ooty for the hospitality you have demonstrated and may all of you thrive after the painful 3 yrs.and also please do take care. Looking forward to another good stay with you.
