Great stay, amazing service

We stayed at this hotel to attend a family function in Patna. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was our first time in Patna. from the moment we checked in we were impressed by the service and professional reception staff. Ambikesh at the Reception was at help for anything we needed. The entire staff was very cordial. To top it all the food was excellent. we tried breakfast and in room service and everytime we had mouth watering experience. The entrance to the hotel can be bit tricky as it is just off the exhibition road, hardly a minute walk though. thanks everyone for making our stay so comfortable.

I went to Patna for the first time so had to rely on social media reviews,They mentioned that Savera hotel is good enough since there are not many options in the town, I choose to stay in Savera hotel and found it average hotel as per expectations, The room & bathroom was clean enough,lobby area was also well lit. The breakfast was also decent,however,they need to improve on spread Staff also seems to be courteous. I would recommend it for business purpose but you can look for other properties if visiting personally

Mostly courteous staff, food is worth a try and Club Rooms are cool but typical Executive rooms are mostly suffocating and not worth its price. Excellent location for people on business and easy accessibility from airport as well as main rail station. Needs bit of improvement in service, at times its slow. Overall, a good place for a biz trip.

Stayed three days in room 207. Room was spacious and having all basic amenities. But for toiletries and for wifi you have to call them repeatedly. Breakfast has limited options and good quantity of salt in all preparations. It is out of the main street and hence less noisy but at the same time no view from any room. Ambiance of the hotel is also not upto the mark.

Doesn't really feel like saying much. When you enter the compound, you get to see beautiful scenery. Pigs, literally pigs are roaming around in front of the hotel. Patna is a very filthy city, all around. If you want to go for a evening walk on the exhibition road, you will get to see garbage dumps all along. So, pigs roaming around is not that uncommon for patna people. They really don't bother. Food tastes like okay. Noodles are made with mustard oil. Yikes!! Don't have a lot of options in breakfast menu. Patliputra Niravana, is way better than this hotel and still charged a bit more only, the last time I stayed there.
