I visited this place with my partner , The service was hassel free and they treated us well. The property was nice and clean too. The staff behaviour was nice and they assisted us well . Also the room was big and clean

One of the best experiences at a hotel in Patna! the staff was very courteous and took care of all the requests in a timely and accurate manner. The food is also very healthy and cost effective. Highly recommended.

Overall I had a great experience staying at Patliputra Exotica it's was 2nd stay at Patliputra Exotica . all the staffs were incredibly helpful & their behaviour was also very nice . Specially thanks Mr. Abhijeet from sales and marketing he was taken my booking. also thanks my room attendant Mr. Khursid he is very good person. The room was clean but only one towels provide in washroom and linen quality is not good . there is no hand towels and no face towels. And i request to exotica team pls upgrade room interior design. The property is not well maintained. It's also a great place for celebrating any kind of small occasions and I want to visit this place again. Thank you all and early meet you soon 🥰

It is an average hotel which I guess at some point of time used to be Exotic !!! The rooms are big although very old, towel torn and the cupboard better not be used. Bed linen seemed to be used as there were strands of hair on the blanket. Room service is pathetic where for a dental kit you had to wait for almost 30 mins and give 2 reminders in between !!! Breakfast spread is just ok.
