Comfortable stay

A good hotel with comfortable rooms and delicious food with good quantity. The breakfast was also good and had wide spread dishes of Indian cuisine, juice tea etc. The rooms are in good side, plenty of cupboards, fridge and toiletries kept in the washroom. There was hot water available all day which is really good. The staff is active, polite and pleasant at the same time. Overall a great experience to stay here. I stayed on the 7th floor, room no. 701 which gave me beautiful view outside the window. Special mention to Sadanand Sir for all help.

Great place for a great lunch!!! Great spread... good starters, great main course choice, great deserts!!! Staff is very cordial and helpful. Great place to eat with family and colleagues!!! Close to lots of IT companies in Hinjewadi....

I had stayed in Grand Tamanna for about 14 days and I am happy to say that this hotel has its own class. The support staff is great and very helpful and understanding. Especially Mr. Shrirang had helped me alot and made the stay very pleasant. Thanks for your excellent Service Grand Tamanna and Mr. Shrirang.

I recently visited this property and stayed for 3 Nights. Hotel is neat and clean location is great the rooms are very species bathrooms are also good bad linen and cleaning was good. Staff and checking process was also good now let's come to the problem areas I tried to use the swimming pool at terrace three times but every time it was in bed condition there was cigarette butts face mask and other devries floating in the pool I ask the hotel staff to take care of it but I think the Never heard me. Breakfast was good but there was some issue with the dinner I ordered in my room. Kitchen staff needs more training on food preparation and customising it to customer need.

Visited Grand tamanna hotel for work. And my guests were waiting for me in room. The hotel staff refused to pick my luggage to the room. I mentioned that i am Pregnant and wouldn’t be able to still nobody helped with the luggage! Finally the guests who were hosting me and the other drivers outside tge hotel helped me! No other hotel in pune does this. DISSAPOINTED!
