Ashok, Chakradhar, Goutam and chef Shakti were extremely welcoming and attentive to our dietary needs. The quality of the food is excellent and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend staying in puri waves just to enjoy the food in their restaurant and being pampered by the staff

We stayed for 2 nights at Mayfair Waves - everything about the resort is awesome.
Special mention about Prashant Dash, from restaurant service, who made me and my family feel at home with his continuous hospitality.

Had a great experience with Mayfair.All staffs are very nice and co-operative. We had an Odia thali in bengoli restaurant and that was really very awesome. Definitely we would like to come here again. Thank you Mayfair for making our stay comfortable 😊.

The hotel has rooms overlooking the sea beach which is a major attraction. The room service and buffet breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful and courteous. However the hotel can look into overall improvement especially of room linens, pillows .

I always prefer Mayfair when I visit India but I guess covid has taken a toll on the services. Plz buck up Mayfair bcoz I love you.
Here is my feedback.
Many staff are ill trained, non.proactive and some outright rude or come across as dull & laid back. Food is way below the standard of a star hotel despite being exorbitantly priced. French fries for my kid had oil dripping from it. They have forgotten table services completely
They lack proper baby chairs and you have to wait for ages till you get one. Room had mosquitoes but no repellent. Swimming pool has no equipments for toddlers. Changing room was dark, dinghy and dirty with no basic amenities needed to wash, change & dry up. Power keeps tripping with the entire place getting pitch dark and we got stuck in the elevator. No food option for kids in the kids menu.
Access to private beach is restricted after 7pm - typically the time when you would love to head to the beach for a stroll because day temperatures are inhuman. Restaurant staff most of them are ill prepared and ill trained.
But plz look out for ASHOK he is one guy with a smile and is super proactive. Most ugly part is phones will keep ringing in the reception, house keeping, room service and nobody will bother picking up. I had to run to the reception to order something for my kid.
The balcony of the rooms we took had unclean and sticky floors. It will be nice if you cankeep
it cleaner and make the rooms somewhat fragrant.
Checkin was delayed by 15 mins plus...we had to wait in the reception with a toddler
If you want to opt to be in the luxury boutique hotels category then you need to provide the services accordingly. Good luck !
