Dear General Manager :: Mr.Choudhary(Kalal) I would like to comment how pleased i was with the service provided to me by entire hotel staff..During my Recent Trip with my Wife son and mother & sister from 30th October to 5th November 2021..My room no::303 and 306...I was Fortunate enough to stay at your Platinum Hotel for 1 time..The hotel is the best and staff generally Friendly.. I Wanted to Express my Appreciation for the Superior Service I received during my stay at the Platinum particular Mr.Choudhary (Kalal) was very helpful and Deserve a great deal of Praise for the Excellent Customer Service.. Hotel Staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured i felt welcome during the stay everyone treated us with Dignity and Respect..I was amazed at the Consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra-mile the staff was well groomed. Kudos to u and your staff for making our stay a great one..I will definitely be staying with the Platinum Hotel again..Next time again with Family. Nothing but least if i dont do this job then this is incomplete. Mr.Choudhary(Kalal) welcomed us with a message "good morning" have a nice stay . Breakfast in the morning thats Hospitality like a nice treatment you received from a Friend or Family member at their house felt like home but he is a great person.The Culture should come from Root level you no need to publish any Add...Our word of mouth will carry for long i could really see the SERVICE. Nice hotel. Good hospitality. Clean rooms. Food was too good. Staff of hotel was very humble. I visited first time and I have no major complaints with the hotel. There are some flaws in interiors but that’s ok. Overall I had a nice experience staying in this hotel. Close from airport. Convinent for both business as well family trip.

Very nice hotel with good room size and ambience. Loved its buffet unmuted lunch & dinner @Rs. 250. Also complimentary break fast was large spread. Thanks to Mr. Vivek for arranging airport pickup and giving me early check in too...

The property is excellent, if we consider the Prices & facilities it provides. There are several downsides as well. 1. Overbridge construction is going on just infront of the hotel due to which there is no direct entry to the hotel from front. 2. Vehicle Parking is sideways. 3. There is no view from the Hotel. 4. The Food is OK. 5. Services can be improved as it lags. Overall its a decent Hotel to stay but lacks many important ticks.

This is a complete disaster of a hotel! Zero customer service! The slowest checkin in all of India! You must sign this old fashioned register when you checkin and go through other formalities and then wait and wait till eventually they allocate you a room. I was given a room which smelled bad. The bathroom ceiling was peeling paint and a huge crack in the sink. The wooden furniture was old and the table had chips in it. Please see my photos. I complained and after 2 hours the General Manager eventually arrived and moved me rooms. Next room was not much better. This is not a hotel for Westerners or business people! Not recommended at all.
