First of all I love the location of this hotel. Room was very good and clean. The behave of staff are very good...they have taken all measures from the covid safety and they do also hygiene level.... I have got beautiful experience at this hotel..
Hotel facilities is very good..

Room was beautiful and clean. Quality and quantity was really awesome in food.. Way of presentation was good. The hotel service were on time delivery and quick.. The prices too is affordable. Highly recommend to all!!!.the hotel location was really good...

Me and my cousin visit shimla in month of February so we are searching for a nice hotel in see hotel southgate shimla in TripAdvisor so I finalised this hotel. When we visited hotel it much better than what i have seen it photo. The location and view from the hotel was so good . I was really impress from the hotel and hospitality and food of the hotel was so nice . Highly recommend 👍

Considering shimla is a place where you have lot of options for stay but very few good ones hotel south-gate was a comfortable and nice place. Though it’s in the outskirts but worth staying few minutes away from center. Rooms are big and clean. Food is also good considering prices.

Hotel is located in ChottaShimla, some 3 odd kms distance from Mall. Big property with good open wide spaces unlike what you get in hotels at Mall Road. To reach Mall, taxis charge 300 per side to drop you at Mall Lift. Hotel has its own restaurant which seems popular among the local Shimalites too. Food is good, though slightly overpriced, but yeah portion size compensates for the amount. Rooms are spacious with Attic as well as new constructions to choose from. Room service is prompt.
