We had a pleasant and a memorable stay at Akshay Niwas . It is a heritage property. The staff members are very welcoming. Food is freshly prepared at demand. If you have small kids along just don’t worry their needs are taken care of .

Very clean, hygenic and spacious rooms, great food. Most city tour points are nearby. Good for leisure. Staffs are very kind, generous and helpful. Ranveer Singh Host manager and his team Durga, Champa , Chef , Nahida. Great teamwork among them and have provided us with first class services. We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing to say thr least. The rooms are very spacious and the whole place has been done very tastefully. The food is just bang on... Tasty, fresh and full of flavor. The best thing is the service.. The staff are just exemplary.. They serve from the heart. Keep up the great work.

In the fast paced or pandemic stuck life, Boutique Akshay Niwas comes across as a fresh, charming haveli without the hassles of narrow lanes and crowds or long queues at buffet. They love to serve you on the table (ask for poolside or rooftop) , delightful fresh and delicious food be it vegetarian or non vegetarian, is always served with a smile. Absolutely fantastically maintained property very clean and full of art. The room size is the hugest that you will get so it is absolutely value for money. Highly recommend- their Lal Maas and chulha chicken tikka - royal suite with attached balcony - courtyard garden lunch The manager and entire team hosted us very well and were very eager to make our trip fun. Would suggest you speak to the manager before you arrive if you have any preferences. Over all the best location and best view from the rooftop, with excellent hospitality.

Service doesn’t exist. The manager is not capable of taking any decisions . Wrong billing . No lift. Can do wonderful things with a better manager. The swimming pool steps were broken , air conditioning not working , a wasted opportunity for the management
