First of all restaurant is awesome. Tasty food, awesome service and hospitality. The owner is very polite and humble and regularly takes rounds. Hotel is good and entire staff is very accommodating and caring. They took very good care of senior citizens and did everything possible to ensure that the stay is comfortable and pleasant.

Well service and we got very comfort in this hotel Wel cleaned rooms recived very well the complimentry breakfast have 32 variety of items and all are very delicious , the staff were very well dressed and the way they show their love and give service to us is unmeasurable

The service and amenities of this hotel is unique in class. Specially the dining staff are dedicated to satisfy the guests in serving the quality food in time. The room amenities are provided sufficiently. Overall hotel is excellent. Only one point I want to mention where hotel can think of improvement: Mostly guests are going their by car with driver. Hotel should provide lodging and food to the driver also within the room rent. In all other places I visited in Rajasthan , this time, Hotels provided lodging and food to my car driver.

Excellent Room and service. Having stayed in similar budget hotel almost all accross India here are few things which I liked most and found worth mentioning. 1) staff behavior and prompt service 2) Excellent breakfast and personalized attention in all tables. They try to ensure you taste everything of their vast spread and serve hot like from live counters. 3) I changed my mind of 3 days stay to 2 days for moving to Mt Abu. They immediately agreed, no questions asked and allowed me(though they may have missed a guest for my booking and then cancelling on last day. 4) We kept half of our luggage and went to Mt abu and it was securely kept with a warm smile. 5) On our way back while we had to wait for train in evening, we were not only allowed to use their lobby but (You wont believe) we were asked if we would need a room to freshen up free of cost! Though we didnt take that, but someone offering that makes them different from the rest. Wish the team more success and more happy customers like me!

We booked 2 rooms in this so called 4 star hotel last week.. worst than any local hostel room...staff behaviour was extremely rude, no service at all, no one cares if you are facing any issues, they are like your boss, completey ridiculous.. we paid for extra bed also but there was no space for it in room. reported everything to the hotel manager but he came with full excuse very bad experience at high rated hotel dont stay here - ever while you are paying high terrif for the rooms on the name of a false class property... the management claim false 4 star status. Worst hotel experience so far...
