property is very nice, staffs are good,foods are good. Virender was nice in services. It's was a awesome experience. I will come to this hotel once again. I love mocktails, sandwich & coffee, I like cold coffee very much.

This was an amazing hotel. Service was incredible, decor was beautiful, and the arrangements were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone that visits Amritsar! They have a delicious breakfast that can be turned into a hall. Very clean.

Pro's -------- Nice location of Ranajit avenue away from congested old Amritsar. Close proximity to good eateries around. Very professional and cordial staff, eager to help guests. Spacious  property. Limited but tasty food menu and decent breakfast spread for buffet. Con's ----------- The room which we got didn't have windows (we were informed about this) and was prone to stuffy and unpleasant smell till the time you start central AC. This did subside after AC was switched on, but a good ventilation will reduce this problem to some extent. I think the team needs to work on ventilation issues. The room did not have fans in case some-one prefers not to use the central AC. I know the small room without window will give a stuffy feel, but a good and effective ventilation is expected. We had to request a room freshener. The parts of rooms were not clean, the table and corners of bathroom had stains, the plumbing taps had stains even at the time of check-in when you expect the room to be fresh and clean. The steel surfaces of plumbing were sticky and stained. The electric kettle was filthy inside and we preferred not to use it. We were very much troubled with loud music seeping through adjoining places during late hours at night. We couldn't sleep due to loud music as some kind of celebrations were going on in the hall and there was too much noise of people and music till midnight. The food, although very good in taste, is overpriced. But you have option of a number of good eateries around. 

A pathetic experience staying in room 406. Most hospitable city getting more than a million customers a month should know how to treat them well as well. The room didn't had a window in the room as the room was built in shaft. I requested thrice to change my room but they were fully booked for 2 nights. Food was not very good , can have more choices in breakfast room. Staff was decent but it seems management has specifically asked the staff to not do any favours to people booked there stay from booking.com. all in all didn't had a good experience in the hotel even after requesting several times.
