Overall facilities provided is upto the mark. Standard of complimentary breakfast is also quite good. What I didn't like is that they repeat the same fruit juice everyday..They should consider changing it...Wifi connectivity and speed is also proper.

Oddly designed to save space. Limited room, but you can't expect more in this price in Mumbai. Stayed here during a business visit only for 1 night. Nothing to complain apart from small bathroom perhaps. There is a restaurant in the hotel, where I had dinner and the food was excellent. Will stay here again, if I have meetings in Andheri east.

Had to stay at the place for 3 days days due to office requirements. The check in was smooth. It is well situated near the airport area. Just a 10 min drive. But located in a very busy stretch with a lot if hustle and bustle of traffic and autos, Esp during rush hours. I was given a room on the 6th floor (topmost). The alleyways were neat, but showed signs of deterioration. The room was very average and really unexpected. The airconditioning was by a window ac which will shiver the hell out of you with the noise emanating from it. Leave alone u getting a good sleep. Even spending some minutes will make u irritating. The management was least bothered about it. The room service was quick and boys were not one of the trained lot. Housekeeping tries to make up and present a good job. The room and washroom were maintained clean. The fan and light switches near the bed were not working and every time u need to switch them on/off, u have to get up and reach for the one near the door. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, a small wal mounted tv which is hardly visible clearly from the bed, hot electric kettle and thermos. There were tea and coffee satchets. There was no mention of any laundry service. Not even in the cupboards. No room manual, only a restaurant menu book was kept. The washroom had a small geyser which needs to be switched on as per use. The television could not be switched on with the remote provided. So u have to again walk to it and switch it on. Thankfully the channels were controllable with the remote. Coming to the food part of the hotel. Hotel has only one restaurant called Just kerala. It specializes in kerala dishes as per the name. They also have a chinese and indian menu. I tried the indian and kerala dishes, both were highly disappointing to say the least. The tikkas and kabab lacked the flavor one expects from it. Seemed like no marination of any kind. The gravy dishes too hardly having the proper flavors. Even the kerala korma was just floating vegetables in some maybe coconut milk gravy. Only the breads were good. No choices of any dessert. Very poor vareity. The usual icecream gulab jamun and rasgulla with a payasam additional kerala spl. The lift/elevator also is of the manual kind which belongs to primitive age and is handled by a operator who goes missing often and then u need to wait ages before u can get down or up. Really wont recommend anyone to opt for it and better to look for other options.

We checked in and want to have a fast lunch. We asked some food for an infant and they said even it is for an infant it will still take 30to 45 minutes. The next incident happened miutes after.. we asked for some hot water for my mam and the reply was the its not available coz we cant switch on the heater. We asked to meet the FnB manager and dey said he is very busy now. I dnt understand wat type of service is dis... sry fr the guests who come here....

This place is an affordable choice but is scary for a stay. Rooms aren't as big as the images are. Waiters don't understand the etiquette for a room service. And, Wifi was a struggle to get around! The complimentary breakfast was beyond joke where you'll be constantly stared throughout the time and the spread wasn't even worth it. Overall, it's not a great experience and can be skipped for a better choice.
