The perfect hospitality and customer service i have ever got at Comfort Inn sapphire Jaipur. The guy (Sher khan) served and treated us like a family from the very starting and he should get promoted to higher post for sure

Just behind MI road on Panch batti circle, quaint 30 rooms property,amazing services, most comfortable bed, value for money stay. break fast though not exhaustive but good quality and deserves enough attention. for the tipplers small but excellent bar and priced well.

Hello, we had a luxury stay at your hotel from 30th June - 1st July. Room was really as same as seen in the picture. It was really nice and highly satisfying stay, with perfect room and all services. We are glad to have a stay at your place @comfortinnsaphhire🤗. And yes, the food tastes amazing and was really hygienic😊 Thankyou.

I am surprised to see how this property has gone downhill with reference to management, cleanliness, food, and maintenance. The condition is awful and the Corporate office should take the responsibility of deluding the clients about its three star status. No one picks up the phone if you want to lodge a complaint at their central number. Please don't pick this hotel in Jaipur, lndia.

One of the worst experiences my parents have had. They are 60+ and I had booked a suite room for them for their anniversary. Having informed them prior about my parents, the room was in a bad condition with smoke all around. All though my parents tried to stay there for a couple of hours hoping it would get better but they just couldn’t stay and had to opt for a new hotel as no replacement was provided by the management. Even after this, they charged one night charge to them when they stayed in the room for not even 3 hours. In the middle of the night they had to look for a replacement. After explaining this to their manager Amit Kothari, who apparently just joined was being defensive that they should’ve said it before and not stayed for 3 hours if they had any issues. My parents were just trying to be ok with the room condition but ultimately they couldn’t take it. It’s pretty disappointing to see a service like this specially when they are catering to the elders. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!!
