It was pleasant and comfortable experience. Ambiance Anurag hotel is was good. AC was nice. Room is spacious. Toilet is clean. Breakfast was tasty. Check In and Check Out was quick and easy. Treatment received from the staff was excellent. thanks to all

Thanks to Sanju, great place to stay, amazing view, prompt service. Went out of the box to help customers. Always smiling. They helped us with Yatra parachi, flight ticket prints and also food in the room along with medicine. Sanju helped us with cab and also ensured it is well on time. Hardly any complaints. They guided us about the mata visit as well. Thanks for the stay

We stayed in a family room for two nights, and expected to pay omly 6000rs as per the prices advertised but when we checked out the manager ended up chargimg us 11000rs for two nights. Manager was rude and cheat. Be wary and stay away from hotel.

Got booking done for 14th march for 2 nights for a delux n family room. The family room was smelly n not at all hygenic, the bathrooms as shown in pic did not match the actual scenario. The bedsheets wernt changed. Mo hot water. TV didnt work even after the staff trying everything they could to FIX it. All in all i would like to give it a 0 rating, the only saving grace was the staff which was courteous.
