Stayed at the hotel (15Nov-16Nov, 2021) for a couple of days with my wife in a Luxury King room. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, the staff at the reception were friendly and arranged an alternate room until our room got ready. The staff kindly obliged my prior email request and arranged a small but cute welcome decoration for our honeymoon. Mr Pradeep, a very experienced manager has been extremely cordial, made our trip very pleasant. Thank you Pradeep. Luxury king room is really worth the stay. Next to the hotel, a dhaba within Triose multiplex serves extremely tasty food, a very convenient place to eat and order within walkable distance.

Everything was excellent..you will have better experience at this location as well. Gaming zone swimming pool, cleanness, Space, interiors of rooms, bathrooms hygiene ,lunch dinner breakfast, barbeque all the things are excellent...

We visited Della from 11th April to 14th April 2022 with my family. It was much needed relaxing staycation enjoyed a lot. staff is very helpful and courteous. delicious food and superb hospitality. Mr. Vishesh Mokashi Front office manager took extra care & guided us throughout the trip. He helped us with wheelchair for my mom whenever it was needed. Thank you for your kind gesture. Would highly recommend Della and visit again for sure!!

This is one of the best hotel as I have visited in. Nice and beautiful atmosphere and location as well. Staff behaviour is really very nice specially Aarti at Front Office very coordinative staff ....nice services and nice food will recommend to our other family members too once we visit will stay again

I recently visited the property with my family. Really really loved the ambience, it was very peaceful and calm. Mr Hiren at the reception was very kind, hospitable and helpful, right from the time of reservation to checkout, he really helped us, completed all our requests. The rooms were really neat, clean and well maintained, the service was soo prompt, every request was met efficiently. The staff of the resturant and housekeeping were really helpful too. The food in the restaurant was delectable and tasty, the quantity was great too. The front Desk staff also assisted us in getting quick transport from lonavala to Mumbai. The property is very safe and the staff is just amazing, will definitely recommend it to everyone 👍
