Visited this hotel and had an amazing experience. Hotel staff is 10/10 . Facilities are great. The best part of this hotel is the price and the view. It gives you the best morning view from your room. Mountains covered with snow. Every morning you can open your eyes to the warn sunrise and mesmerizing view of snowy mountains. Start your day with warm tea /coffee in the private balcony. If you ever visit Manali just book Hotel Smugglers. Comfort , luxury , warm experience . Hotel staff is equally poliete and helpful. Quick room service is an added advantage.

I had a wonderful experience at Sylvan Hues for my Christmas Eve and the upcoming few days. The location was perfect and it gets more breathtaking when you walk in the balcony of your room and around the property as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable keeping in mind all COVID protocols. The staff was very helpful and went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast and Dinner option was a plus. The food was so delicious. The service was exceptional as well. Would highly recommend to people who wants to enjoy some time in the lapse of nature. And thanks to the entire hotel staff including Mr. Deepak and Mr. Ritesh for making sure i was enjoying my stay. Thank you :)

A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Soundproofing is bit of an issue if you’re on a work cum vacay. So that can be rectified. But, the rooms are well appointed and very tastefully done up. Neat and clean too. Comfy mattresses. Good quality bed linen. The bathroom fittings are all state of the art. The food is really really well made, tasty, and served fresh and well. The stand out is the devotion to eco friendly concepts. Great quality toiletries (Kama Ayurveda, but all in refillable jars. Drinking Water in glass bottles. Ability to request a ‘no change of bed linen’. Etc etc. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying stay.
