We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and found very warm , efficient staff making your stay more enjoyable. Every department of the hotel - reception , restaurants , room service , housekeeping, bell desk , breakfast all are happy and ready to extend best attention and service to guests . Rooms are small but having the required all comfortable arrangement and very well ventilated. Nice AC , mattresses , pillows , cushions, sofa chairs , good bathroom . It’s nice overall. Lift is also very good . The hotel premise in heart of kolkata best location of Lansdown road near Minto park , is some what tight on space so car parking is on road side as available basis . Hotel extends some assistance. Food is wonderful. This is excellent place to stay in Kolkata .

I had a 5D/4N stay in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean, comfortably equipped with modern amenities. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, especially #Subhas, such a nice guy- anytime he was at service. Professionalism of the entire crew is much appreciated but what impressed me the most was the warmth with which the wonderful lady at the reception would call me every day and so politely would enquire about my wellbeing. I had a great stay. This hotel is almost at the heart of the city and is reasonably priced so is highly recommended.

All the staff was very kind and friendly. The rooms were kept clean compared to the Indian standard. The restaurant on the ground floor had good food but no alcohol. Notable point was the location. The hotel was located near Park Street, accordingly, it was easy for me to access many restaurants and shops around there. Moreover, the metro station was near the hotel. The price was acceptable. But the "Executive Room" is not recommended because of the smallness. As a whole, I think that it has good value for money. It is my regular hotel.
