Sterling fernhill resort in Ooty is a wonderful property and has many activities for kids and adults. We had a wonderful trekking experience and Mr.Vignesh ensured our safety. He is knowledgeable about the types of birds and plants which enriched the whole experience. Lovely experience!!!

In 2019, we visited the gorgeous Hill Country at Kodaikanal. With Ooty in mind, we straight away searched for the Hill Country resort at Ooty without wasting any time. The hospitable and articulate Ashokji at the Reception was kind enough to guide us in every possible way. We stayed for 4 nights at the resort and covered every possible nook and corner of the resort. The quiet, pollution-free, and picturesque mountain trails and pathways, flower beds were to ‘die’ for. The soothing instrumentals played and being heard from everywhere of the resort uplifted the spirits and made our stay worthwhile. We got drenched in the rain, soaked in the sun, got enveloped in the mist enjoying every bit of it. We enjoyed the bonfire to the hilt overlooking the well-lit spectacular Ketti Valley during festivity. Chef Rajan & team were instrumental enough to present mouth-watering dishes. One night, we relished finger-licking fish curry. Srini anna, Prem Kumarji and other staff were friendly, and ever-smiling, always reaching out to help. Happy Festivity!

Overall we had a nice stay.. Staffs are very helpful especially prithiv, he was very kind and enhance his services good. Great place with nice view room.. Kavya from front office is very humble. We would like to stay again. Worth for money Lovely place to stay

Hotel stay was very good. Had good taxi service by javid. It was good service provided by hotel and had a comfortable tour package. Driver has covered all the locations in ooty and it was good to have such service

I stayed two days with my family elders and my kids are very mach enjoyed the places.property maintenance excellent and the hotel manager very kind and guide as to visit sight seen house keeping prompt .breakfast it is nice and all the staffs is very courtesy.
