We planned an engagement at the property. The property was amazing. All arrangements done were very nice. The hospitality was amazing as we had run time requests and they were accommodated without any fuss. The post is incomplete without special thanks to: Saili Vartak - she made sure all arrangements were done. Rakesh - main chef at the hotel. Sharif - from Pinxx restaurant, was always around to help.

We stayed here for a month and it was really pleasant stay. Staff here are very polite and having helping nature, especially Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Divya & Mr. Kalpesh in the reception desk were good in all aspects. Rooms are very good. Housekeeping & room service was fabulous. Breakfast is complimentary and they served various and hygienic foods & beverages every day. Locality of hotel is very good & very hygienic environment. All management of mastiff done good in their areas.. We have such a good experience in hotel little mastiff Chinchwad.

Gym was good and clean. Nice and clean rooms. Good service. Value for money. We stayed for 4 days for businness trip. Close to Cerebrum IT Park. Good and prime location. Overall a good stay. Highly recommend.

A very senior couple our clients, left a huge amount by mistake at the locker during their stay at O hotel Pune in feb’ 2022 in February 2020 Mr Shiv whose heads the sales personally within minutes once informed, contacted the clients , spoke with them and personally handed over the amount at the airport or it would have been a huge loss and their further trip would be ruined to Ram Mandir Chhattisgarh . it speaks volumes of a group of the loyalties and of hospitality members like Mr Shiv CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THIS MR SHIV & Team O 👏🙏

It was comfortable stay at 'The Haven'. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Cutlery was provided immediately when asked. Bed was super comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. Closet was spacious, electronic safe was also there. TV was in living room and in bed room as well. Ordered fried rice, it was delicious and portion was good for two persons. Hotel staff (Kishan) was polite and helpful. Wifi was fixed immediately. Car parking was available. Overall no scope to complaint. Will definitely come back! Special thanks to Mr. Jass!! Zensar and EON IT park are very close. Other essentials like medical stores, ATMs and eateries are also very close.

We stayed at Sharman suites for 7 days, while my mother got treated at Dinanath Mangeshkar hospital, right opposite. During our emotionally stressful time, Sharman Suites and especially Dharmendra - the property manager gave us a lot of comfort and respite. He and his staff are more than willing to take care of their guests, even at odd hours. He really knows how to make his guests feel special and valued. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well equipped. Breakfast is simple and healthy. Nothing fancy but everything nice! I highly recommend Sharman Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pune.
