Staff is extremely cooperative especially Sahidul in the bell boy , Anjit & Tapan in front desk & Lachit in room service.. Breakfast is good.. Ambience is good.. Hotel is in a Good location with easy access to Transportation. Food could improve a lot. Better to order from outside like swiggy.. In house food needs a good healthy liver..

Overall experience is gud ...one of your staff is very hud communication and very well behaved his serve me like own guest..food is gud but it would be better .overall room is clean and environment is like home

I organized the alumni meet of the school I lead, St. Vivekananda English Academy, Maligaon, Guwahati as a part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the school. The venue for the meet was the roof top of this hotel. Decorated in the black and red theme, the staff of Gateway Grandeur presented us with a beautiful decor. While I sat with the Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel, Mr Mrinal Hazarika to decide the menu before the party, the dishes suggested by him took me by surprise. I was rather wary of trying the unheard of dishes. Chicken with chana dal was something I wanted Mr Mrinal to replace. "Mam, you try it out. I am sure you will like it", suggested Mr Mrinal sounding extremely confident. We enjoyed the evening with sumptuous snacks and awesome dishes cooked to perfection by the new Chef of the hotel. The global experience and exposure (he was working in Los Angelo's prior to returning to his roots) that this young Chef has reflected in the dishes. From the Jamaican styled chicken starter to the whole fish in oyster sauce and the chocolate brownie, all the dishes just did wonders to our taste buds. Thanks to the entire staff of HGG for planning and executing our Alumni Meet to perfection.

Room smelt of stagnate water, furniture very old and overall dirty, water was dripping continuously from showers, breakfast very basic in general hotel stay was very unpleasant. Find a better hotel as Guwahati has some interesting temples to visit!

Stayed here for a night with family and was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff and quick service. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was elaborate and excellent quality of food. It is situated close to many restaurants and shopping areas and right opposite to the small and nice Nepali mandir. It is a convenient place to stay for families.

I've visited Vivanta today as a part of BJP's breakfast party, was really got shocked on the management system of the Banquet.......they were too much professional, were very well behaved and was well organised too! Like there was so much of crowd today but the Banquet team members still somehow managed to fulfill the needs for the entire guests! How Vivanta??? 😍😍😍 Really appreciate to your hardwork and management, hope to visite you soon!
