Its clean. AC works. They people who manage it are very cordial and helpful. The breakfast is yummy. They have a small shared kitchenette. Its on the first floor but they help you carry your luggage. its 8-10 minutes from both international and domestic terminals. What more you want?

Everyone at the mermaid resort was just lovely to us We made special memories. As always, thank you. What a beautiful environment you get to work in every day….the resort and people all make it so very special. We stayed in an deep end villa 506 on the second floor Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Main Restaurant. The breakfast buffet choices looks simple and has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional guided by the experience manager Mr Sebastin as back of sheraton for 15 years

Rooms are small but neat and clean well maintained hotel. Draw back does not have exclusive restaurant. Have common restaurant on the grond floor. Little bit narrow passage may not be comfortable for fatty person . Very small lift.
