Grandpa's Inn is well spread out with a lot of open space - garden, trees and a pool in the center. On the main Anjuna road, yet it was quiet in our poolside rooms. The rooms were quite spacious and functional. Need some improvements to make them better - a better & comfortable chair in the rooms, ensure TV coverage and AC remotes are working etc. Staff service quality is excellent and very friendly - always smiling and ready to help. Most of them have been around for quite a few years and mentioned that they were taken care during the entire Cpvid related lockdown (a big shout out for Betina). Food options (incl breakfast) is limited but whatever we ate (vegetarian) was cooked very well and so no complaints. Javed (manager) was friendly but needs to ensure that his service commitments are met (TV remote, TV). Betina responded to all our queries and requests. I was very happy to note that they replied to every email I sent - that is not common nowadays. Tariffs were very reasonable and definitely value for money (we did a direct booking) We only wish that Anjuna beach was within walking distance as we did not feel like walking 2.5+ km each way. Definitely worth a 2nd visit
JM Vista Suites
384/5A, JM Vista Suites, Sodiem, Siolim, Mapusa, Goa 403517
An excellent hotel property right where one would want to relax with the backdrop of nature and the peaceful setting of a village. A village that is picturesque naturally, modern, having a decent pub a short walk away called ‘O Papa Gaio' that serves authentic Goan cuisine. Staying at the JM Vista suites not only relaxes your nerves but also gives one the sense peacefulness out of a hectic city life. The rooms are well placed, clean, and spacious having a bathtub, unusual in a village. A morning stroll in the village will give the feeling of the grace the village offers. The place is a bit away from the main city of Mapusa and from the excellent beaches of Anjuna and Vagator. Yet easily reachable. I feel the impression that I got is that “Hospitality exists when you believe the other person is on your side” and there is only one boss.."The Guest”. “Customers may forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel”.

DeAmour: A Dreamy Getaway
Post Office, Mazal Waddo, Anjuna, Goa 403519
