A company is not made great by name but by the people who work there. Ayesha is one such person for Lemon Tree Premier in Mumbai. She was a smiling face I saw when I entered after a long flight. I was skeptical about the hotel but Ayesha made every efforts and answered my questions calmly to make my stay comfortable. I will recommend the hotel if not for the brand but people like Ayesha working here. Keep it up Ayesha.

Bloom is really a fantastic hotel to stay. The concept of bloom is really pocket friendly and hotel is really appealing and eye catching. This was my second visit to bloom for short stay. Staff including security are generous, kind and polite, they really understand your needs and are ready with basic needs to offer even before you ask. Like I had ordered food from zomato and security guy delivered the food to my room with plates, this act of common sense really catched my attention. The fragnance when you enter hotel is really amazing. Thank you team bloom for making my stay very special. Cheers to team lead Mr. Sumedh for leading and guiding team in beautiful way. I have decided to make short and long stay in bloom from now onwards. Must visit once to enjoy the Hospitality.

The residence facility is neat clean and spacious especially one bhk. The room has a jaccuzi too apart from kitchenette and cooking range. Daily housekeeping and breakfast in room is served. Tha pool area was well maintained. Overall with the facilities and service provided its worth the money.

Best hotel with great service and very budget friendly. Love to visit again. The rooms are spacious with all the good amenities. The staff and service was great. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Prices are affordable. The hotel is very conveniently located near metro station and the airport. It was great experience to stay at hotel Elite Continental.

We had a wedding planned on 19th and 20th January. And we booked more than 10 rooms for 3 days. All the arrangements done were top notch. The rooms were above expectations and were maintained very nicely. Breakfast service provided was of very great taste. All the check in and check out process went so smooth without any difficulty. Special mentions to both the in charge Manager : Rohit Sharma and Shekhar Sharma, they were always available to help. Also the receptionist Akshay bhai and Merlin ji were there on every call for every small or big task we needed help in. I highly recommend to go ahead and book your stay here for any type of visit in that matter. It's in short 10/10.

We had booked rooms at meluha the Fern for my daughter's wedding. Right from Mr Elroy from sales everyone made our stay and event a memorable one. The banqueting staff was very helpful special thanks to Chef Dipen Banerji, Mr Akash Tiwari and his staff. The service was faultless and the food lip smacking. Our in house guests enjoyed the vast breakfast spread at Tiara that was included in our room package. The housekeeping staff was always ready to help us out. Special thanks to Vaishali Sinha Overall definitely a good choice for our special event. Thank you all the staff of Meluha the Fern. And all of the planning was done online. Yet the event was absolutely amazing
