We stayed at this hotel to attend a family function in Patna. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was our first time in Patna. from the moment we checked in we were impressed by the service and professional reception staff. Ambikesh at the Reception was at help for anything we needed. The entire staff was very cordial. To top it all the food was excellent. we tried breakfast and in room service and everytime we had mouth watering experience. The entrance to the hotel can be bit tricky as it is just off the exhibition road, hardly a minute walk though. thanks everyone for making our stay so comfortable.
