We stayed for a night. It is indeed the best service hotel. In terms of service, hotel cleanliness and behaviour, everything was very professional. Check in and check out times were maintained good. Would recommend everyone.

Lemon Tree Premier is located centrally in the city of Bhubaneswar. A new establishment with contemporary decor and well organised layout. The event hall 'Tangerine Grand' is perfect for official / personal occasions. The hospitality team is cordial and efficient. The food menu has excellent varieties of Pan-Asian choices. 1. I missed my flight. Post the subsequent late-night flight, the hotel arranged for a cab from the airport and had prepared food as per my previous instructions. 2. Room service was very good, prompt and right on-time on all occassions. 3. House keeping was regular and fast. 4. Overall hotel staff were prompt in service and available at all times. 5. Room was very clean, woodwork was excellent and all amenities were perfect for the price range. 6. Hotel is very close to the master canteen area, airport as well the city's main railway station. Very easy to commute to and from.

Very well maintained property. Tastefully decorated and staff eager to serve. Courtesy underpinning all the services of the hotel without intrusion. A real treat for any guest. The hotel's offerings are very attractive both to the connoisseur and the adventurous.

Had a Channel Meet for about 70 people and the discussions etc were on the covered rooftop with Air Conditioning. Had a full lunch which was pretty good and enjoyed by the participants. Prices was reasonable which helped in making a choice. Not sure about the rooms but we were satisfied with the venue for our purpose. Good location too just next to the Railway Station.

Well we have used your Paradip property frequently ..and we always have crab masala always.. With a rate of INR 1000/- and as we r crab lovers we 1st check the size an then only order. If we find its small crab we do not order an go for something else. Also one of the most beautiful part is staff interaction.. We are always welcomed ... We feel the warmth in the guest interaction . Today we tried your Bbsr property but let me tell you there is a big difference specific in staff interaction. They 1st denied to show the size of crab after calling the manager they allowed to show us the size of crab, but the price is double I don't know why we have crab at 1000 but in Bbsr it's served double rate of 2500/- really bad. And we felt the staff are not happy working here all had big faces not smiling.. An eger to serve like Paradip . Hats off to the staff in Paradip. Overall not a good experience in Bbsr... Will not come ever again ..
