The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hyderabad. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!

Well I travelled with my father for treatment at near by hospital at short notice. Mr. Srinivas was very kind to book the room without any advance amount understanding the situation, the in-room dining i/c Mr.Zam was very helpful in providng he food of choice which was not in the menu & as per my taste(especially for patient) the housekeeping staff Mr.Puneet & his team did excellent work in cleanliness & hygiene. the front office staff Ms.Maushmi & Kaja were very cooperative. Overall an excellent stay which was hassel free given my situation. Room & ambience were very good. Thanks to the whole team for working together.

We were a gp of 24 who had come to the city for our business study tour. The loc and access to the main city and road was therefore very convenient. If i am to grade the stay under the heads it will be - Food - the buffet was a wide spread and filling. Be it bfast lunch or dinner and the serving staff is very enthusiastic is helping you with everything there. Room - The stay was comfy and room service was prompt and would clean up the room diligently. I kept most things out and never worried about safety of my things. Overall a wonderful experience!
