Well, I booked the place in a hurry, and was really worried about how the stay would be. But once I reached the property it was total bliss. The check-in was very smooth, room was neat and tidy. The staff was well behaved and very courteous. There were other families staying there but I had my own privacy with no disturbance as requested by me. The evening was very peaceful and calm. The hotel had arranged a bonfire for other guests and the staff invited me too. It was an amazing experience. The food was finger licking tasty. Especially the chicken curry was freshly cooked and just the best that I've ever had. Tried the Pahari raita too and though little spicy it was worth it. The owner of the property was also very professional and courteous and gave some time personally to each guest. Would definitely visit again soon with my family.

Suman paradise nainital is really nice place to relax with family and friends. Place is beautiful. Staff is caring. Food is awesome. all staff is very friendly and helpful specially his manager Mr. Dani. Pick up and drop facility is good.

i am aregular costumer of this hotel and mostly vist thrice a year its a very awesome feeling as i saw that whole hotel is changed very good rooms budgetable,inbuilt restaurant,famiy hotel its ver safe over there and yes i always recomend others to vist this hotel whole hotel has got canged

Although its small size budget hotel but I would like to prefer it for those who love to see ntural beauty of Nainital even from the room of Hotel. hotel cloud 7 is very close to naini lake nd its roof top restaurent is indeed marvelous in look and food varieties too

The hotel is located on mall road facing nainital lake. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Washrooms were also clean. Hotel staff is polite and complimentary breakfast is served in rooms. Quality, and taste of food was really good.

Thank you Hotel Maharaja. We had a great stay. So pleased with the location, views of the lake and town, cozy room, and genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was exactly what we wanted after a long drive. See you again.
