A very senior couple our clients, left a huge amount by mistake at the locker during their stay at O hotel Pune in feb’ 2022 in February 2020 Mr Shiv whose heads the sales personally within minutes once informed, contacted the clients , spoke with them and personally handed over the amount at the airport or it would have been a huge loss and their further trip would be ruined to Ram Mandir Chhattisgarh . it speaks volumes of a group of the loyalties and of hospitality members like Mr Shiv CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THIS MR SHIV & Team O 👏🙏
