We had a lovely lovely stay in Mayfair. Everything starting from the entrance to the time of leaving we had a wonderful time. Each and every staff was so warmth. They literally took care of us as family members.. Specially Mr Mahapatra,Mr Shyamsumdar and all other. I don't remember the names(sorry for that) but truly commendable!! Hoping to be there again! Lots of love and luck to the entire team for putting so much effort to make Mayfair Group the best!! Also the food!! We were full but couldn't stop eating.

It’s a nice Comfortable hotel which is Value For Money. Handled by team who has experience in 5 star hotels The breakfast is good with a decent spread & they serve with a smile The South Indian chef made an awesome Rava Dosa which was not on the menu. The rooms should have good night or a mosquito repellent. Travel Tip : Would recommend for transit to Sikkim instead of leaving early morning from Sikkim to catch the flight from Bagdodra leave at leisure stay the night there and visit the Bengal Safari

The staff at hotel Mount Embassy was incredible. From continuously meeting our requirements, adjusting for our comfort and helping as much as possible with their smiles and polite behaviour, we can say we'll be back for a stay here when in Siliguri.

At the price point one of the best hotel to stay. Rooms are well structured and comfortable. Hotel also has rooftop swimming pool with gym. It's a pure veg hotel and food is very good and all staff are very helpful. Hospitality is very good. Only issue is that hotel is bit outside city.
