Golden Crest is a very neat and clean hotel and a perfect stay for all age groups. Hotel is located on NH near to Reserve Bank (RBI) and you can drive upto hotel very easily. They provide free car parking. We stayed there for three days. Buffet breakfast was good. Food is reasonably priced in Golden Crest. Bathrooms were spick and span.

We stayed at Sumi Shangrila for two nights around mid April 2022 and had an excellent experience primarily due to the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff. Prajokta and Soring were extremely helpful throughout. Prajokta in particular provided detailed and thoughtful guidance wherever we asked for any information. The hotel is professionally managed and upkept with excellent value for money, amazing view from the Premium room (which was a complimentary upgrade for us), good breakfast, crisp bedding and a location well connected with MG Road. Lift was under repair during our stay but that wasn't much of an issue since our room was just one flight up. We are glad we chose this hotel and are grateful to the staff for their warmth and care.

Awesome hospitality. MG Marg is at walking distance from hotel.nice view of Gangtok City from restaurants Nathula and room.stay is very comfortable and staff are very friendly. They serve very tasty food.

The Leenor Regency hotel is showing as 4 star itself but there is no such facilities like that moreover, the pictures shown in the websites vary vastly with the original hotel look. We booked rooms for stay and when we reached at the destination we weren't able to find the entrance and on calling the front office guy they disconnected the call and didn't called back since then, it was already night and there was no lights in the hotel and was looking like a wierd lodge which is closed. We were being told by the nearby shopkeepers that there is loadshading(nearby lights was enacted, one hotel nearby to it was also having proper electricity) but there was no generator or inverter facility for such mishappenings. We also asked some nearby shopkeepers about the hotel entrance but no one knew where the hotel is whereas the hotel was above there shops. We didn't expect a 4 star hotel to give such a pathetic hospitality. Even no one took pain to respond to us so that we can reach to the destination properly. The hotel is just waste of time to search for a stay. Seriously a pathetic experience. Also there please find the attached original look of hotel for your references.

A really nice hotel, excellent location at the Near MG Marg . The the room was clean and tidy. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the friendly reception staff. We could see the kanchenjunga peak clearly from the Hotel room. which is a bonus I’d recommend this Hotel for. Special thanks to Leeom, she made our trip more interesting with her advises & arrangement about north Sikkim. I greatly appreciate the warm hospitality from all the staff in the hotel.
