Central location at Guwahati's main street, this hotel is a great business hotel. I was here to cover the north east festival in jan 2022. The lobby has some interesting artworks and the food restaurant is very popular for dinner and lunch. The breakfast was below average, and staff is a bit slow so that can be worked on. It was an overall decent stay, and some food items were very good. The views are not great as it's the main city, but very accessible to local touristy spots. Staff speaks in English and hindi as well.

A very enjoyable stay at the Guwahati Address hotel. I was a walk-in guest and your night duty manager (I can't remember his name) was very helpful and efficient in booking me a room and checking me in, which I appreciated given it was late. The breakfast restaurant staff the next morning were attentive and friendly, making sure to take my order and that I was comfortable and I appreciated the hospitality of the two gentlemen waiters that morning. Upon checking out the front desk staff Anita was also friendly and professional. The front bellman Deepak helped proactively helped me with my bags the night before and the next morning which I very much appreciated. Thank you for a very good stay.

Stayed here for a night with family and was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff and quick service. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was elaborate and excellent quality of food. It is situated close to many restaurants and shopping areas and right opposite to the small and nice Nepali mandir. It is a convenient place to stay for families.

We stayed at the hotel for a night and had both breakfast and a meal included in our package. The rooms can be compared to a five star property. However, the toilet was not at par with a five star property. Still I will rate my experience as 5 star because of the food they serve. We reached at about 2 PM at their restaurant “Aurora” after checking into our room. We ordered for our signature selection, kadhai paneer and dal makhani with veg pulao and brownie with icecream as a desert. To our delight the menu also had tava chapati which was much needed after our excursion. The food came to our table after almost 50 minutes and it made us restless but I can certainly claim that the wait was worth it. The kadhai paneer tasted sumptuous. It felt as if I am treated in one of the bylanes of old delhi. Later in evening we ordered for a cup of tea and again to our delight it tasted amazing. Overall I will suggest travellers to stay in this hotel and do have a meal in it. It is definitely worth the money you are paying. Cheers!

I have been staying in this hotel from 2006 whenever i visit to Guwahati . They have renovated their property of late . Rooms are very good . Nice hospitality . The only concern is the refreshment which is very very expensive . Though the room rates have gone up but their food prices are exorbitantly high which made a negative impact.

Rooms are decent with all basic amenities. Breakfast was good, buffet spread was nice. Service was good and front desk staff was helpful and courteous. We were here at Christmas ,the reception area was nice and welcoming. A good place for travellers visiting Guwahati for a day or two.
