My family stayed at hotel for two days .stay was awesome , the staff was very cordial , they offered the best services one can expect.We stayed there for getting my father admission in nearby chandan hospital.General manager of hotel offered us all the help regarding the hospital as well. If i have to stay in lucknow in future i would love to stay there. Rooms are clean and big , food was very tasty and all the facilities were superb.

We stayed here for couple of nights and booked 27 rooms ,though the prices of rooms were on higher side but value for money was good. Their buffet breakfast was so lavish and had almost everything that one can look for. I had my sisters engagement at their lawn which had memorable memories. Right from entrance to check out every single details were checked and absolutely magnificent experience. Thank you Shivani ji for taking too much of pain for my event and of course Sunit and Chef Tariq for serving us yummyyyyyy food in all our meals. All our relatives have appreciated the efforts done by Team Comfort Hotel Vista which needs to be mentioned here. Decor for haldi and engagement both were superb and we had clicked so uncounted pictures and I must say this is one of the best place for having your social functions. Management of this hotel is outstanding and I want say my sincere thanks to people who are running this hotel. Hats off to yo guys for your extra ordinary arrangements. We will surely come back and promote this place to all our known.

Hotel stay was really good . Staff was very humble and corporate Food was really good It was really good stay and I like it Next time whenever I came back I will definitely looking for visit this property again. Happy customer best in Lucknow

Hotel was good, Room is also very good neat and Clean, Hotel location is very good. it's near Kamta. Maintaining all the hygienic parameters, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, we recommend to everyone one for this hotel totally paisa wasool.

We hosted our daughter's birthday at Ratana hotel in December. The hospitality and service was outstanding. A special mention of staff & chefs due to whose efforts we had a flawless celebration.Mr Aishwarya was there right from scratch helping us to plan the minutest of details. He was just a phonecall away whenever we needed his help and did an amazing job. The guests were nothing but praises for the different cuisines served during different functions. The taste and layout matched our expectations a notch higher.
