It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Aloft for 15 days .The hotel is very well maintained and consists of well trained staff.Every person with whom I interacted is quite professional and cooperative.The room service guy Shubha is very polite and always ready to cater to the needs of customer. Services are available 24X7 at your doorstep and the wait time is minimal. Complementary breakfast was included as a part of our package and an unlimited supply of delicacies were offered . I would highly recommend Aloft for a long-term stay.

Great! Great! Great!.... either you talk about the hospitality, food, people, ambience, rooms...everything is great about courtyard. Pool side vibe is very good to spend an eve. As the Guest Relations Manager, Pragati and Mehek both were very professional, humble and approachable to assist for any kind of query and help needed. Housekeeping staff is very professional in their work. Even the way they say goodbye to you makes you feel very special. Thanks Pragati for arranging that and surely I am gonna cherish the moments spent in the property.

I can’t fault anything from our visit. Manjunath at the front desk was extremely helpful with a lost bag situation, organising airport transfers and helping us retrieve our bag. Gurmeet, Manisha, Aditya and Anshuman in the breakfast buffet were by far the highlight. They were so friendly, accomodating and just wonderful to see first thing in the morning. The breakfast buffet itself was excellent - there was a wide range of Indian, continental, Asian food as well as pastries, fruit, juice etc. It was so so good. The room was exceptional, beautifully clean, large and luxurious. They provided lots of fresh towels, water bottles and good amenities. There is a hair dryer. In room service was excellent, well priced and tasty. We had upset stomachs for the first few days so hotel food was what agreed with us and didn’t make us unwell, so clearly the hygiene practices are up to scratch. Again it was expected from reputed hospitality company. Marriott always deliver best of the best. Outdoor catering from Marriott hotel executed by Ajay Kumar. Everything was good and on time. Our clients are very happy and satisfied from food and the service specialy Anish chef explain dishes well and politely to guest . and it was amazing.

Kudos to chef Sundaram! Tasty dosas he makes! Must try karam dosa. 😍😍 I just love the ambience here. Regular cleaning, super humble staff. The breakfast is really tasty here. Dosas, sausages, cold coffee. They make dishes on our request which is the best thing I’ve seen so far in a hotel.

We were upgraded to the Ren suite for our long weekend stay at the property. It is a very well maintained property with excellent hospitality. The breakfast and the cross fitness center were the highlights of the stay here. Highly recommended for all luxury travellers.
